Measurement of radon concentration in buildings, schools and social service facilities
The measurement is carried out
- for the purpose of the final inspectional approval
- obligatory in case of schools and social service facilities before the beginning of working and after reconstruction which affects the radon concentration
- obligatory in case of changes in the building purpose
- to verify the effectiveness of measures against radon
- for health inspection of the structure
- as a basis for estimate of market price
- as a basis for designing a superstructure, an annexe or thermal insulation of the structure (information measurements)
- for the inspection of the building after reconstruction which affects the radon concentration in the building (change if windows, thermal insulation etc.)
Basis for measuring and measurement conditions
- order form
- billing and mailing address
- responsible person (e-mail, phone)
- identification of the building
- layout of the structure
- location of rooms
- location of the cellar and the basement under rooms
- underground utilities, especially when they go through the footing and the base slab into the building
We don´t measure during summer or extreme hot period.
